Contract Talent Scout / Recruiter

We’re looking for an ambitious talent professional to help us grow the business and find the best people in the world to join our team! 

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be a core member of our team and leading our talent efforts to:

  • Manage our entire recruiting cycle and pipeline: source, engage, screen, qualify, and negotiate offers.
  • Manage, facilitate and continuously improve our hiring and on-boarding processes.
  • Have ownership over interviews, including scheduling, training, decisions, and candidate communication.
  • Help facilitate various meet-ups and community events including DrinksOnTap, RZ Lightning Talks, and many others.
  • Provide first-line support for candidates and new hires.
  • Work closely with department heads and leadership team to define needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented and task driven.
  • Experience in HR Administration a plus.
  • Expert computer proficiency in office productivity tools.

This is a contract role that will last approximately 4 to 6 months. A permanent opportunity may become available. Qualified applicants should submit a resume and cover letter.
